About This Project
Tasks– to involve the maximum number of customers on the occasion;
– to inform the customers about the approaching birthday of Auchan hypermarket chain;
– to communicate information about the significant discounts only offered by Auchan hypermarket chain on occasion of its birthday to the visitors as potential customers;
– to establish a constant, interested dialog with certain target groups of customers.
SolutionThe visual concept offered looks simple and understandable and strictly matches the image of the international company, encourages the customers well to make regular purchases and allows saving through discounts during the campaign period.
The advertising campaign lasted for a month and included two stages. The first one involved active awareness-raising concerning the special offers on occasion of the birthday of Auchan hypermarket chain. This contributed to customer involvement and the growth of the sales level. The second stage of the advertising campaign started when the buying activity decreased and resulted in a surge in demand for the products included in the list of special offers.
